View this post on Instagram There is a fitness studio across the street from my firehouse (E166/L86) on Staten Island called @tfitstudio . The owner is a great guy and fantastic neighbor named Steve. That’s him. That’s Steve. I love Steve. I started working out online with Steve to combat this lethargic lifestyle I’m living and it’s been a game changer. Since he’s doing it online and anyone, anywhere can work with him, I asked him if I could post his info here so that people stuck at home can find him. Steve is an absolutely fantastic human. I haven’t worked out in a long time and he’s making it fun and easy. If you’re stuck home and want to use the time to maybe get healthier, Steve can help. And the cost is really shockingly low.
